摘要

Abstract

A returning machine of grinding and mixed-buried sugarcane leaves was designed for combining grinding and rotary tillage.Grinding and rotary tillage can be finished in the single course, grinding the sugarcane leaves in the first, and then mixing sugarcane leaves and soil by rotary tilling.The numbers of tractor enter the file would be reduced, the degree of soil compaction would be lower, soil moisture can be protected, and the cost of operation can be saved a lot by using this returning machine of grinding and mixed-buried sugarcane leaves.The field experiment results show that the grinding rate and buried rate was 93%.The design of this machine was meeting to the requirements of crushing quality of sugarcane leaf and agronomic production.This study has found structures and key parameters of knife roll, flail knife and so on through the methods of theoretical analysis and field experiments.
