胶棒滚筒采摘头试验台测控系统设计
Design of Measure and Control System for Test-bed of Cotton Picking Head with Rubber-bar Roller
摘要
Abstract
To precisely monitor working conditon of picker picking process having rubber-bar roller, reveal operational principle of picking head with rubber-bar roller, and study the effect of factors on picking performance of picking head.a measure and control system for test-bed of cotton picking head with rubber-bar roller was designed based on LabVIEW.The system, mainly including drive control system, data collection system and upper-computer, can achieve the roller speed, conveyor speed and fan speed continuously adjustable and parameter settings, do real-time acquisition, display and working status monitoring of roller and conveyor speed, torque and power during picking, and have data preservation function.Measure and control system has speed difference <4% according to the test.This provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the monitoring of working state, work mechanism and optimization of working parameters for picker having rubber-bar roller.关键词
