摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the self-made high chromium wear-resistant subsoiler poor toughness, easy to break the problem of high chromium cast iron were studied by normalizing treatment.The test results show that the normalizing treatment is an effective method to improve the toughness of casting shovel tip, after normalized Gao Geshen shovel tip of the maximum impact toughness increased to 1.8 times.With the increase of normalizing temperature, hardness and wear resistance of the shovel tip decreased, significantly improve the toughness, normalizing the optimal parameters of 900 degrees, the best mechanical properties were as follows: Vivtorinox hardness is 543HV, the impact energy is 3.0J, the wear of weight was 0.090g in 60 minutes.
