摘要

Abstract

In order to diagnose the working performance and the fault state of the agricultural vehicle engine in time, a kind of signal acquisition, analysis and processing system is designed.The engine fault diagnosis platform is built by collecting, processing, fusing and diagnosing the monitoring signals.Introduces the basic idea and framework of network fault diagnosis system, focus on the acquisition and signal processing algorithms, this paper proposes an information fusion based on BP neural network engine fault diagnosis algorithm, the online experiment shows that the system has stable operation and good robustness, high diagnosis accuracy, and can meet the practical diagnostic requirements.
