摘要

Abstract

Quinazoline derivatives, an important structure in drug discovery, have attracted increasing attention from the pharmaceutical researchers because of their various pesticidal activities such as antibacterial, antifungal, insecticidal, herbicidal, antiviral and acaricidal activities. Introducing different pharmacophores into quinazoline framework can afford a series of quinazoline derivatives which possesses better pesticidal activities. This paper reviewed the study on the synthesis and pesticidal activities of the quinazoline derivatives from year 2000 to 2016.
