On the Circulating Evolution Mechanism of the Law-based Governing of U.S.National Intelligence
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Laws and regulations have high places and important functions on the U.S.national intelligence governing.The study of the interactions and rules between laws and regulations and the governing organizations and operational mechanism of the U.S.national intelligence can be used for reference for our construction of similar systems and mechanisms.[Method/Process]Through constructing relation schemas and case studies, the thesis presents two circulating evolution mechanisms of the law-based governing.[Result/Conclusion]Finally, the thesis reveals the internal relations between the U.S.national intelligence governing and its national security, that is through laws and regulations, the national intelligence governing can be dynamically adaptive to the changing national security situations.关键词
