A Study on the Open Data Policy & Practice of US Government
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Obama is leaving the White House,and it's worthwhile to look back on his government open data policies that have made the United States as the pioneer of this field.[Method/Process]This research discusses the open data policy of the US which is in concerts with public participation and now-in-edge information technology using method of literature study.The open policies are extensive and the philosophy of public service is observed throughout the whole process.After summarizing a brief history of open policies,the paper analyzes both policy content and policy implementing system of the Federal government.[Result/Conclusion]The paper discusses US government's open policy tendency which includes standardization,visualization and open source.Enlightenment for Chinese government to promote its construction of open data is given at last.关键词
