政府视角与公众视角:中国政务新媒体研究的议题与路向
Local Studies of Government New Media: Issues and Future Directions
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]This study aims to review studies of government new media in China, and further identify the hot issues of government new media research in China, narrow the knowledge gaps, and thus facilitate the theories and practices of Chinese government new media.[Method/Process]To accomplish these purposes, we employ bibliometric analysis and issues-oriented lens to analyze 282 papers from CSSCI (expanded) database.[Result/Conclusion]The results suggest that most studies explore the government new media based on the governmental perspective, such as the status quo of government new media, the role of government new media in social governance, the effect evaluation of government new media, promoting the effect of government new media, but fail to follow the perspective of the public.Few studies have investigated the determinants of citizens' use of government new media, citizen's satisfaction with government new media, and the impact of citizens' use of government new media on government image.Future studies should explore the strategies, tactics, and policies of government's use of government new media;identify the impact of government new media on government organizations;empirically investigate the influence of citizen's use of government new media on citizen compliance, political engagement, government legitimacy;and empirically investigate the social influence of citizen's use of government new media.关键词
