摘要
Abstract
A new method-molten glass crystallization method (MGCM) for the preparation of the YAG single crystal powder is introduced.The effect of various processing parameters on the crystallization phase is analyzed by X-Ray diffraction (XRD).It is found that the optimum crystallization temperature is 1100℃.In the molten glass, the most suitable Al2O3 content is 10.71wt%;the proper mass ratio of PbO to SiO2 is 3.86.In addition, adding seed crystals can effectively inhibit the formation of the impurity phase and improve the yield of YAG single crystal powder.关键词
