摘要
Abstract
The method of network engineering project management mainly WBS, network diagram and gantt represented, mainly to control the progress.In this paper, the method of network engineering project management based on BOM, through the BOM (Bill of Manufacturing) based on product structure and the technological process and resources integration control, the comparison system generated BOM list, process flow, production task list, process order etc.The network control in the whole process of the engineering project management and single all-the-way tracking tasks can be performed.The method has been verified by an example on the ERP software.关键词
