摘要

Abstract

The traditional ultrasonic liquid level detection technology for hydraulic pneumatic control fluid level identification by multi-layer media propagation loss factors, resulting in the recognition accuracy is not high.A liquid level control hydraulic gas recognition technology based on computer vision is proposed, dynamic control level marker visual image is template matching feature of hydraulic gas gathering, liquid level visual image enhancement and edge detection processing, combined with pneumatic system of liquid level marking line segmentation level imaging area features control, realize the visual recognition level.The simulation results show that the accuracy of hydraulic pneumatic control level identification is higher and the disturbance resistance of media propagation is better.
