Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of RT-3DE in evaluation of left ventricular systolic function (LVSF) and synchrony in uremic patients with myocardial damage.Methods Thirty uremic patients with myocardial damage and 30 healthy individuals were enrolled in this study.LVSF and synchrony parameters were measured applying M-mode ultmsound of Teichholz method,biplane Simpson's method and RT-3DE method,respectively.Results RT-3DE method showed highly correlated with M-mode ultmsound of Teichholz method and biplane Simpson's method in assessment of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (r=0.874,0.930;P <0.05).RT-3DE detection showed that the differences in left ventricular diastolic volume (LVDV) and left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV) as well as LVEF between the observation group and the control group were significant (t =-10.11-10.66,P <0.05).In the observation group,LVEF were negatively correlated with wall systolic syn chronization parameters (r=-0.749--0.502,all P<0.05).Conclusion RT-3DE is a new method of non-invasive,simple and accurate in assessment of left ventricular systolic function and synchrony in uremic patients with myocardial damage.关键词
