摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of ferric ammonium citrate (FAC) on the expressions of divalent metal transporter 1 (DMT1) and ferroportin 1 (FPN1) in BV2 cells.Methods BV2 microglia cells were treated with 100μmol/L FAC for 24 h.Using Western Blot,the changes of DMT1 and FPN1 protein expression in BV2 microglia cells were observed.Results After 24 h treatment with FAC,the expression of DMT1 in BV2 microglia cells was lower than that in the control group (t =3.880,P<0.01),and that of FPN1 was higher (t=4.409,P<0.01).Conclusion After treatment with FAC for 24 h,the expression of DMT1 protein in BV2 microglia cells was down regulated,and that of FPN1 up regulated,this process may be related to the regulation of iron regulatory protein.
