青岛大学医学生口腔健康认知与保健行为调查分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavior of oral health in medical students of Qingdao University and improve oral health education.Methods Applying self-designed questionnaire,oral knowledge cognition,oral health behaviour and the access way of oral knowledge were surveyed in all grade one and grade five students who were at Medical College of the University.Results In the knowledge of oral cavity,the proportion of grade five students was higher than grade one students who could correctly understand that dental caries can be caused by tooth surface bacteria,cleaning teeth can prevent gum bleeding and oral conditions can affect one's pronounciation (x2 =13.860-14.638,P＜0.05).In daily health care,the number of grade-one students was lcss than grade-five students who were able to brush their teeth two times a day,to rationally use dental floss,soft toothbrush and toothpaste containing fluoride,and to eat less dessert and chocolate (x 2 =7.710--17.418,P ＜ 0.0 5).The proportion of students in the two grades who could correctly understand oral knowledge and had good oral health behaviour,on the whole,was low.On the way to acquire oral knowledge,the students in grade five got more than those in grade one from school education and from medical professionals (x2 =12.207,32.305;P ＜ 0.05).While in grade five students,they gained more knowledge from medical personnel versus from school education (x2 =9.238,P＜0.05).Conclusion Knowledge of oral health care and oral health care behaviour in grade one students are worse than grade five students,and it is not optimistic about their overall cognitive and beha-vioral habits in students of the two grades.Oral health education for medical students should be strengthened to improve their oral health care consciousness and oral health care behaivior.关键词
