Abstract
Objective To assess the effectiveness of Huganning tablet for patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).Methods A total of 122 patients with NASH were randomly divided into treatment group (n=60) and control group (n =62).Patients in the treatment group were treated with Huganning tablet,and those in the control group treated with Fufangyiganling tablet,the course of treatment was three months for both groups.Indexes of liver function,blood lipid and liver fibrosis in both groups were measured-before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the indexes of serum liver enzyme,serum lipid and serum liver fibrosis of the treatment group declined significantly versus before treatment (t =2.787-3.236,P ＞0.05),and compared with the control group,the differences in the above parameters were significant (t =2.663-3.161,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Huganning tablet is effective for patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.关键词
