摘要

Abstract

A new analytical method for the determination of ytterbium (Ⅲ) based on the enhancement of resonance light scattering (RLS) of the mixture of C60 (OH)n and Tris-HCl was established.The influences of the factors,such as time,selection of buffer solution,order of adding reagents,etc.on the system were studied.Under the optimized experimental conditions,there was a good linear relationship between the △IRLS and the concentration of ytterbium (Ⅲ) in the range of 0.0~ 2.0 × 10-5 mol/L at the wavelength of 470nm,the related coetfficient was 0.9997 and the detection limit was 5.0 × 10-8 mol/K This method was sensitive,simple,rapid,and it had been used to determine ytterbium (Ⅲ) in the synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
