Abstract
In recent years,environmental credit has been widely used all over the country to influence enterprises'environmental behavior.Many provinces actively explored the construction of enterprise environmental credit evaluation system,determined the evaluation indexes and grade,the source of evaluation information,evaluation procedures,the use of evaluation results,incentives and disciplinary measures,etc.The practice and exploration of local has laid the foundation for the establishment of a unified national enterprise environmental credit evaluation system.Pay attention to the guidance and application of environmental good theory,cultivate independent third party evaluation organization,scientifically set up evaluation indexes and index weight,credit grading and dynamic adjustment,incentive mechanism and the social applications of evaluation result,were not only the summarize of local experience,but also should be the key focus of the legalization of national enterprise environmental credit evaluation system.关键词
