Abstract
Construction of hydropower projects in southwest mountainous area has the characteristic of hard to choose dumping site and large quantity of construction spoils.How to prevent and control the water and soil loss of dumping site during hydropower station construction is the key and difficult points.Soil and water conservation measures design for dumping site is directly related to the success or failure of water and soil loss prevention work.In this paper,we take Yeba Ertan Hydropower Station Ede Xi channel dumping site as an example,through analyzing the protection standard and grade of debris flow prevention and control engineering,block and obstruct project and drainage engineering,designed the debris flow prevention and control measures,and the soil and water conservation measures in this dumping site关键词
