磁共振扩散张量成像定量分析正常巴马小型猪腰椎神经根各向异性分数特征
Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Tensor Imaging Quantitative Analysis of Fractional Anisotropy Characteristics of Normal Bama Miniature Pig Lumbar Nerve Roots

Abstract
Objective To explore the fractional anisotropy (FA) characteristics of the normal Bama miniature pig lumbar nerve roots in magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI).Methods 10 healthy Bama miniature pigs was selected and scanned using 1.5T DTI to determine the FA values of lumbar 1 to 5 bilateral nerve roots.FA values of bilateral nerve roots at the same segment and FA values of nerve roots at different segments were compared.Results FA values of Lumbar1 to 5 nerve roots increased gradually from top to bottom and the mean FA values of bilateral nerve roots were (0.215 ± 0.051) mm2/s,(0.235 ± 0.060) mm2/s,(0.306±0.073)mm2/s,(0.402±0.094)mm2/s,(0.472±0.090)mm2/s.Differences of FA values between bilateral nerve roots at the same segment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of FA values between Lumbar 1 and Lumbar 2 as well as Lumbar 4 and Lumbar 5 nerve roots were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparing Lumbar 1 and 2 nerve roots with Lumbar 3,4 and 5 nerve roots,Lumbar 3,4 and 5 nerve roots had statistically significant difference with their upper and lower nerve roots on FA values(P<0.05).Conclusion FA values determination by DTI can quantitatively analyze lumbar nerve rootsof normal Bama miniature pigs and the measurement results can provide experimental basis for the quantitative evaluation of minimally invasive therapy for non-compressive nerve root inflammation.关键词
