Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of ureteroscopiccombined with interception network in treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods Inpatients with upper ureteral calculi treated in our hospital between 2012 and 2015,43 cases were treated with ureteroscopy only,ureteroscopy combined with the use of interception network in 65 cases.The success rate of one-time lithotripsy,operation time and incidenceof surgical complicationsof the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time lithotripsy of using ureteroscopy only was 72.1% (31/43),and the success rate of one-time lithotripsy of combined use of interception network was 92.3% (60/65),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Operation time:Ureteral hard mirror group (43.5±10.2)min,combined with the interception network group (52.3±13.4) min,P<0.05.The incidence of complications was 7% and 7.7% (P>0.05),respectively.Conclusion The interception network for handling of upper ureteral calculi is safe and effective,greatly improving the success rate of ureteroscopic treatment of upper ureteral calculi,and has high value of clinical application.关键词
