Abstract
Objective:To introduce the free flap transplantation with Ilizarov (bone slip) technology in treatment of tibial osteomyelitis and bone defects, and evaluate the clinical outcome.Methods: 39 cases of osteomyelitis of the tibia bone defect patients were recruited as the research objects in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015.According to the different treatment method, the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, and experimental group of free flap transplantation combined with Ilizarov technology, the control group of Ilizarov technology, to compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods.Results: the total effective number of experimental group with 19 cases (95%) and the control group with 13 cases (68.4%), the two groups have significant differences;after 3 months of treatment, the experimental group of knee joint ankle joint function improvement, evaluate the degree of pain was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: the curative effect of combined free flap transplantation Ilizarov technique for treatment of osteomyelitis of the tibia bone defect significantly, can effectively relieve pain, restore the integrity of the structure of bone It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.关键词
