Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopy treatment of ankle joint soft tissue impingement.Methods: In October 2013 to July 2013 in our hospital during the period of clinical treatment of 41 patients with ankle joint soft tissue impingement selected as the research object, 41 patients with ankle joint soft tissue impingement were treatment by arthroscopic, analysis the clinical curative effect of patients.Results: Arthroscopic surgery results showed that patients with synovial tissue impact were 30 cases, patients with sample meniscus tissue impact were 6 cases, patients with under the tibial phil ligament damage in front of the scar tissue impact were 5 cases.The treatment fine rate of patients was 90.24%.After treatment, the subjective AOFAS score, overall AOFAS score of patients was respectively (93.57 ± 5.02) scores, (33.63 ± 4.25) scores, compared to prior treatment was respectively (64.79 ± 7.35) scores, (17.81 ± 5.72) scores, with relatively obvious difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of arthroscopic treatment for patients with ankle joint soft tissue impingement was good, could obviously improve the patient's condition.关键词
