附加钢板在累及干骺端的MayoⅢB型尺骨鹰嘴骨折切开复位内固定术的应用观察

Abstract
Objective:To report the functional outcomes after openreduction internal fixation of the Mayo Ⅲolecranon fractures having diaphyseal extension with olecranon specific plate and augmentation metacarpusplate.Materials and Methods: Between December 2009 and June 2015, 31 patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation using olecranon anatomicalplates and metacarpus plates.All patients received immediate rehabilitation exercise postoperatively with effective pain control measures.Results: Mean follow-up was 12.58months.Fracture healing was obtained in all patients.In group aged 18 to 45, the elbow range of motion averaged 7.52 to 133.52, with forearmpronation of 87.91 and supination of 87.82.In group aged over 45, the elbow range of motion averaged 14.50 to 118.62, with forearmpronation of 82.87 and supination of 64.12.The mean DASH score was7.47 in group aged 18 to 45, and 16.75 in group aged over 45.Conclusion: When Mayo Ⅲ olecranon fractures combined with diaphyseal extension, open reduction internal fixation with olecranon specific plate and augmentation metacarpusplate may postoperatively provide sufficient and stable fixation to immediate rehabilitation exercise.关键词
