广州市海珠区2008～2015年结直肠癌发病现状及趋势分析
Analysis of Colorectal Cancer Incidence Trend in Guangzhou Haizhu District from 2008 to 2015

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the trends in colorectal cancer incidence in Guangzhou Haizhu District from 2008 to 2015. Methods: The data from Guangzhou Cancer Registry were collected to calculated the number of cases, crude incidence rate, incidence by age, while the age-standardized rate (ASR) was standardized by China's and world's population age structure.The incidence trend was analyzed, and the annual percentage change(APC) was calculated by the JoinPoint software. Results: From 2008 to 2015, the colorectal cancer incidence of Haizhu District was 61.48/10.5,66.18/10.5 in male, 56.66/10.5 in female; ASR of China was 25.73/10.5,29.03/10.5 in male,22.63/10.5 in female; ASR of the world was 34.83/10.5,39.48/10.5 in male,30.54/10.5 in female.The colorectal cancer crude incidence has increased both in male and female from 2008 to 2015, the APC value was 6.49%,8.23% in male and 4.55% in female.After adjusted by age structure, the uptrend became gently, with the APC value increased by 0.28%, male increased 1.84%, while the female decreased by 1.73%.Conclusion: The colorectal cancer incidence in Guangzhou Haizhu District was higher than the national average and appeared overall uptrend. The comprehensive prevention and control of colorectal cancer should be strengthened to improve the level of early diagnosis and treatment.关键词
