摘要

Abstract

The ZnO nanowire arrays were prepared on the transparent conductive glass by catalyst-free chemical vapor deposition method (CVD) at a low temperature.The correlation between the microstructure of the ZnO nanowires and the reaction temperature and reaction time were studied.Furthermore the prepared ZnO nanowires were used as the photoanode of the dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC),and also their output performance were studied.Results showed that the ZnO nanowire arrays presented a uniform,dense and large ratio of length to diameter morphorlogy at the deposition temperature of 500 ℃,which illustrated that the deposition temperature played an important role in ZnO nucleation and growth.When the prepared ZnO nanowire arrays were used in DSC,it showed the highest output performance for its more dye molecules loading,enhanced incident light abstrobing and fast exaction separation.Moreover,the influence of the sensitization duration on the DSC photoelectric performance was also investigated Results showed that photoelectric conversion efficiency decreased with increasing the sensitization time.In all,reasonable sensitization time is critical for the electrode stability and the high performance solar cells.
