补骨脂中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的提取工艺研究
Study on extraction technology of α-glucosidase inhibitors in Psoralea corylifolia L.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of α-glucosidase inhibitor in Psoralea corylifolia L.with water.Methods The inhibitory activity was tested by α-glucosidase in vitro inhibitory model,the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with inhibition ratio and comprehensive score as index using temperature of the water bath,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio as factors.Results The optimize extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio of 1:30(g·mL-1),the extraction time of 30 minutes,extraction temperature of 100 ℃.Conclusion The method was simple and easy to control,it can be used for the extraction technology of the inhibitor for α-glucosidase in Psoralea corylifolia L..关键词
