Abstract
Objective To develop an ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of illegally added antidiabetic drugs in Tangjie Capsules.Methods Agillent Zorbax SB-C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm)column was used with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid by gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1.The illegally added antidiabetic was detected by a photodiode array detector and a chromatogram with detection wavelength 235 nm was used.Results The linearity ranges of Phenformin Hydrochloride,Rosiglitazone,Glibenclamide were 6.1~122,5.15~103,5.35~107 μg·mL-1,respectively.The average precisions were 0.86%,1.03%,0.52% (n=6).The average recoveries were 97.1%,97.5%,97.0%,respectively,and the RSDs were 0.46%,1.04%,0.66%.Conclusion This method had the advantages of simple pre-treatment,fast detection,satisfactory recovery rate and good reproducibility.It was suitable for the determination of the antidiabetic agents and can be used as a reference in the detection of the illegally added chemical drugs.关键词
