摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the assaying method of total ginsenosides in Shenmai Injection.Methods The content of ginsenosides was determined by UV Spectrophotometry with glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid as chromogenic reagent.Results The conditions of macroporous resin cleaning,sample elution and UV color reaction were determined.The repeatability precision and sample recovery test proved that the optimization method was accurate and reliable.The results showed that the optimization method was accurate and reliable,the precision control from more than 5% to less than 3%,the recovery rate reached 98.9%.Conclusion The test method after optimizing can more accurately determine the content.关键词
