Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hydroxy safflower A in Honghuadieda Capsule by HPLC method.Methods HPLC method was applied to the determination:a C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid(26:2:72),the detection wavelength was 403 nm.Results By a systematic investigation with methodology and determination of 3 batches of samples,the HPLC method to determination of hydroxy safflower A was established.The linear range was 0.001 2~0.121 7 mg·mL-1,the average recovery was 99.5%.The regression equation was Y=584.79X-0.160 4,r=1.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate,rapid and with good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of hydroxy safflower A in Honghuadieda Capsule.关键词
