摘要
Abstract
Hepatic fibrosis is the most common pathological feature in patients with chronic liver disease.Chronic liver injury can lead to inflammation and wound healing response.IKK/NF-κB is a critical signaling pathway in inflammation,so it affects the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis.It can become the target of prevention or treatment of liver fibrosis.The paper summarized the role of IKK/NF-κB pathway in liver fibrosis and studies of correlated drugs.关键词
