摘要

Abstract

The laboratory toxicity of nine fungicides against Rhizoctonia cerealis was tested by mycelium growth rate method,and the field efficacy trial was also carried out.The results indicated that 10% hexaconazole SC,43% tebuconazole SC and 12.5% diniconazole WP showed the best inhibitory activity against the growth of R.cerealis with the EC50 value of 0.0651 ~0.6315 mg/L.The 10% polyoxin WP,30% ethylicin AS,250 g/L propiconazole EC,50% carbendazim WP and 20% triadimefon EC had better antibacterial activity with the EC50 value of 1.3006 ~4.2026 mg/L.The 43% tebuconazole SC (500 mg/L),12.5% diniconazole WP (500 mg/L),10% hexaconazole SC (500 mg/L) and 250 g/L propiconazole EC (500 mg/L) showed better field control effects with the value of 68.7%,66.0%,65.3%,63.3%,respectively.
