创意农业发展的“二阶段”政府补贴机制设计
Research on "Two-stage" Government Subsidy Mechanism to Innovative Development of Agriculture Industry
摘要
Abstract
The development of creative agriculture is the results of innovation of operators,and the innovation of operators need government support.On the basis of investigation and analysis about government subsidies for creative agriculture,the compensation mechanism which would use two phase system model contract was optimized based on the incentive theory.The research showed that "two-stage" subsidy mechanism could distinguish the innovation levels of operators and effectively motivate operators to carry out innovation work.The key of improving the effectiveness of subsidies was reasonable reward standard and ratio of different grades at thc second stage.关键词
