蜜煎导栓结合八髎穴盒灸治疗慢性功能性便秘临床观察
Honey fried bolt combined with box moxibustion of eight moxibustion points in treating chronic functional constipation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the honey fried guide pin intervention clinical efficacy of Qi and Jin loss chronic functional constipation .Methods:Qi and Jin loss in patients with 144 cases of chronic constipation ,according to the random draw method will be divided into groups and the control group ,72 cases ,the patients in the observation group were treated with honey-fried-bolt and box-moxibustion ,and the control group was treated with Kaiselu only .The analgesic drugs in the two groups were treated with anesthesia before going to bed for 1 week ,2 weeks and 3 weeks respectively .Results:The total effective rate (93 .1% ) than the control group the total effective rate (72 .2% ) ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);after treatment ,the clinical symptoms such as defecation time ,defecation interval ,defecation and defecation difficulty were all better than those in the control group .The difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Honey fried bolt combined with eight acupoints moxibustion on the clinical efficacy of constipation is extremely significant ,and can effec-tively improve the clinical symptoms .关键词
