Abstract
To observe traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) treatment of Xietan Qingfei decoction on bron-chial asthma patients with the detection of serum TNF-αand IL-8 levels .Methods:A total of 50 cases of bronchial asthma pa-tients and 50 cases of healthy control groups were selected ,two subgroups were divided in the treatment group ,TCM treat-ment group took traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Xietan Qingfei decoction ,western medical treatment group received conventional western medicine treatment ,and no therapeutic strategy was applied in the control group .Enzyme-linked immu-nosorbent assay detected TNF-αand IL-8 levels .Receiver operating characteristic was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic value of indexes .Results:TNF-αand IL-8 levels in bronchial asthma patients was significantly higher than those in the control groups (P< 0 .05) .The level of TNF-αand IL-8 were positively correlated (P< 0 .05) .The area under the curve of IL-8 and TNF-αwas 0 .851 and 0 .909 ,respectively .After Xietan Qingfei decoction treatment ,TNFαand IL-8 levels were significantly de-creased .Conclusion:TNF-αand IL-8 both participate in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma .TCM treatment of Xietan Qing-fei decoction can reduce TNF-αand IL-8 levels of bronchial asthma patients .关键词
