Abstract
To discuss the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with functional exercise in the treatment of posterior longitudinal ligament rupture type lumbar disc herniation .Methods:86 patients with posterior longi-tudinal ligament rupture type lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , all the patients were treated with celecoxib + eperisone hydrochloride in the acute stage ,and the control group were given functional exercise based on the above treatment ,and the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction com-bined with functional exercise ,and then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups .Results:Analgesic effective rate of the observation group was 95 .3% (41/43) ,significantly higher than 74 .4% (32/43)(P<0 .01);there were no signifi-cantly difference in JOA score and lumbar disc herniation ratio before the treatment (P>0 .05) ,JOA score significantly rised and the lumbar disc herniation ratio significantly decireased after the treatment (P<0 .01) ,and JOA score significantly higher , the lumbar disc herniation ratio significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0 .01);intervertebral disc absorption rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after the treatment (P<0 .01) .Con-clusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively promote the nucleus pulposus reabsorption ,quickly and effectively relieve pain and other clinical symptoms in the treatment of posterior longitudinal ligament rupture type lumbar disc herniation .关键词
