针灸治疗气滞血瘀型三叉神经疼痛疗效观察

Abstract
To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on trigeminal nerve pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis .Methods :68 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this clinical observation .All the patients were divided into control group in the observation group ,both groups were given basic therapy .In the control group ,they were trea-ted with conventional western medicine at the same time as the basic treatment .The observation group was treated with the acupuncture treatment based on the past experience of clinical treatment .The clinical symptoms ,pain , mental status ,sleep status and quality of life were evaluated at 4 weeks after the end of treatment .The clinical effi-cacy was evaluated at 3 months follow-up .Results :The clinical cure rate of the observation group was 41 .18% ,the total effective rate was 94 .12% .The clinical cure rate was 23 .53% and the total effective rate was 85 .29% in the control group .The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0 .05) . The adverse reaction rate was 14 .71% in the observation group and 35 .29% in the control group .The adverse reac-tion rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .The clinical symptoms ,pain , psychological status ,sleep status and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with Qi stagnation and blood stasis has the advantages of clear curative effect and small adverse reaction .It is ideal for improving the patients'quality of life ,sleep and mental state .It is recommended to popularize the clinical treatment of this disease .关键词
