Abstract
Recently, President Xi Jinping has repeatedly called on the importance of learning and thinking The Unity of Knowing and Doing. The idea is one of the core ideas of the famous thinker, philosopher, educator, military strategist Wang Yangming of Ming Dynasty. In another aspect, it agrees with Actin Learning, a western method of training and development, in a more profound way. In the whole process of Action Learning, each circle of reflection and action is a practice of the theory.Their combination will effectively improve the organization's overall learning ability and innovation efficiency, and accelerate the process of knowledge transforming into action.关键词
