抑郁老年人日常生活活动能力与生存质量的关系研究
Study on relationship between activity of daily living and quality of life of the elderly with depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the relationship between activity of daily living and quality of life of the elderly with depression.Methods:The cluster sampling method was used to select a community in Bengbu City,Anhui Province randomly.The community elderly aged 60 and above received the questionnaire survey by using the general questionnaire,WHOQOL-BREF,activities of daily living(ADL) scale and geriatric depression scale Brief Version(GDS-15).Results:In 746 elderly people,the prevalence of depression among the elderly was 15.7%.The activities of daily living and quality of life of the elderly in depression group were lower than those in non depression group(P<0.05).The score of daily life activity ability and all dimensions scores were negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life and the scores of all dimensions(r value was-0.673~0.241,P<0.05).Conclusion:Activity of daily living was closely related to the quality of life of the elderly with depression;their activity of daily living should be improved and their quality of life should be improved.关键词
