护士间团结度现状及其影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To understand the degree of solidarity among nurses and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 473 nurses in public hospitals in Guangdong Province,Hunan province and Guizhou province were investigated by using the general data questionnaire,the questionnaire of nurses' solidarity and the work environment questionnaire of nurses.Results:The lowest degree of solidarity among nurses was the dimension of academic unity(3.48±0.67).the lowest score of nurses' work environment was the cultural sensitivity dimension(2.71±0.50).There was a positive correlation between nurses' work environment and nurses' solidarity(P<0.05).The factors affecting the degree of solidarity among nurses included age,working years,department,marital status,education level,monthly income and hospital grade.Hierarchical stepwise regression analysis showed that conflict management,internal work motivation,leadership and autonomy,team work and working years,department,marital status and education level affected nurses'solidarity.Conclusion:Hospital should improve the working environment of nurses and improve the unity of nurses,so as to improve the quality of nursing work.关键词
