环丙沙星对玉米生长的影响及其累积残留特征
Effects of ciprofloxacin on maize growth and accumulation and residue characteristics of ciprofloxacin
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to understand the effect of quinolone antibacterial ciprofloxacin on the growth of maize.[Methods]This article conducts maize pot experiment,studies the effects of ciprofloxacin antibiotic in chicken manure on maize growth and residue characteristics of ciprofloxacin in maize.[Results] The results were summarized as follows:Ciprofloxacin has a significant inhibitory effect on the plant height,root length,dry weigh of stem leaf and grain,net photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of maize.Ciprofloxacin migrates into roots,stems and leaves of maize except grain.The residue characteristics of ciprofloxacin in maize is leaf > stem> root.With the increase of fertilizer,the amount of ciprofloxacin residue in maize increases,which in accordance with the law of quality,but the growth of residual rate reduces.This study provides scientific basis for the effect of ciprofloxacin antibiotic on the growth of crops.[Conclusion]Through this research we can know that ciprofloxacin has a significant inhibitory effect on maize growth,but with the increase of fertilizing amount,the inhibitory effect of ciprofloxacin on the growth of maize and the residual rate in maize organs tend to weaken.关键词
