Abstract
The personal factors, family environmental factors, cultural environmental factors and education environmental factors which influence college youth Marxists' innovation ability improvement are analyzed, as well as the problems existing in the process of youth Marxists' innovation ability improvement in colleges and universities under the new normal.Some creative and targeted approaches and strategies concerned with the youth Marxists' innovation ability improvement in colleges and universities are put forward.关键词
