Through the elaboration of the importance of the archives of the cadres in colleges and universities, the problems existing in the current cadre archives management are summarized and practical suggestions are given to strengthen the archives management of the cadres in colleges and universities to ensure the authenticity, normality and completeness of the cadre personnel files.关键词
