摘要

Abstract

Five-bed three-component PSA-H2 extraction process was studied by non-isothermal model.The results showed that the recovery rate of hydrogen was 81% when the hydrogen purity was equal to 99.999%.The concentration front of every component formed an "olive" shape from the start to the finish of adsorption.The impurities at the bottom of the adsorbent bed started desorption and the concentration fronts gradually diverged from adsorption finish to PP finish.The hydrogen molar fraction at adsorbent bed outlet was always above 99.98% in the cycle.
