摘要
Abstract
Embryo development is a very complex and highly coordinated physiological process.During the procedure,a variety of factors in the external environment may cause abnormal development of embryos and offspring.With the continuous development and improvement of assisted reproductive technology (ART),the impact of various factors on the development of embryos and offspring has also been paid more attention by scholars.This review mainly focuses on the laboratory factors that affect the development of embryos and offspring,including air quality,temperature,pH value,incubator,culture density,culture medium,oxygen concentration and so on,in order to minimize the adverse effects of laboratory factors on human ART and improve the clinical outcome.关键词
