摘要
Abstract
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrinopathy and reproductive system disorders in women,but its pathophysiology remains unclear.Nowadays,many studies have shown that anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is significantly related to follicular development,recruitment,hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance,which all contribute to the development of PCOS.Therefore,this paper reviews the relationship between AMH and PCOS to explore the potential mechanism of this syndrome for providing new ideas about the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.关键词
