Zein/鼠尾Ⅰ型胶原纳米纤维膜的制备与表征
Preparation and characterization of Zein/Collagen Ⅰ nanofiber membrane

Abstract
In order to prepare the extracellular matrix scaffold material, the Zein/Collagen Ⅰ nanofiber membranes were pre-pared through electrospinning. The effects of collagen content on the fiber diameter, hydrophobicity, mechanical properties and biocompatibility were carefully investigated. The results showed that the best addition amount of collagen was 26.7%. The addition of collagen could decrease the fiber diameter and improve its hydrophilicity, and increase the elongation at break, which was favorable to simulate the extracellular matrix. The toxicity grade of the membrane was grade 1, and there was no potential cytotoxicity. Furthermore, the cell adhesion rate of L929 cells was more than 60%within 0.5 h, and it could promote the cell proliferation, which indicates that the nanofiber membrane have good biocompatibility and can be used as an extracellular matrix in the field of tissue engineering.关键词
