喷丝板脱模剂的合成工艺
Synthesis technology of injection mold release agent

Abstract
To ensure green environmental protection, by using cyclohexane as the reaction solvent to replace the ben-zene in the traditional process and dimethyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and phenyl silicone oil as raw material, the injection mold release agent was synthesized, and the optimum synthesis conditions were studied. The application performance of the injection mold release agent synthesized under the optimum condi-tions was tested. At the same time, the structure of the injection mold release agent was characterized by IR and NMR. The results show that cyclohexane has good compatibility with raw materials of catalytic reaction , it is a kind of green environmental protection solvent which can replace toxic benzene in the traditional process. The optimum synthesis conditions of the injection mold release agent is:reaction temperature is 265℃, reaction time is 3 h, the amount of catalyst is 0.2 g, dimethyl silicone oil is 90 mL, phenyl silicone oil is 20 mL, hydrogen containing silicone oil is 3 mL, cyclohexane is 50 mL. The heat loss rate of the injection mold release agent ob-tained is 3.11%not greater than 5%, the flash point is 330℃,the film forming time is below 20 s, the cover plate time is 72 h, and it has good atomization effect and can form film quickly at high temperature. Therefore the in-jection mold release agent can be well used in the actual production.关键词
