基于STM32的涡流检测系统
Eddy current testing system based on STM32
摘要
Abstract
Consider of the needs for detection of surface defects on ferromagnetic material in today′s industrial safety production, based on the principle of eddy current testing and new anisotropic magnetoresistance HMC1043 with three-axis induced spatial magnetic field information , a new simplified non-destructive testing system was designed. In this system STM32F103 processor was used to reset HMC1043 and collect Data and display the pro-cessed data. Also, the data was sent to the PC to analyze through the serial port. A COMSOL software which based on the finite element analysis was used to simulate principle. The testing effect of this system has been proved by experiments. It shows that, nondestructive testing system can do the fast and effective judgment on the surface of the ferromagnetic materials with micro defects under the surface between 2 to 3 millimeter.关键词
