治疗高尿酸血症药物研发现状与思考
Present research situation and thinking of drug in treating hyperuricemia
摘要
Abstract
Hyperuricemia is a common metabolic disease in clinic with a growing tendency of morbidity. Hyperuricemia is one of the factor causes of hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and chronic renal failure, affecting life quality of patients. Generally, reducing of uric acid production and increasing of uric acid excretion are the major methods in clinic therapy. The kinds of medication are limited and not enough for clinic demand. This paper reviewed the pathogenesis mechanism research and new drug development of hyperuricemia, analyzed the characters of traditional Chinese medicines on hyperuircemia therapy, provided a thought of anti-hyperuircemia new drug research and development on the basis of clinic effective traditional Chinese medicines.关键词
