海滨锦葵块根生物活性成分的动态分析及其降血尿酸活性研究
Dynamic Analysis of Bio-active Components of Kosteletzkyavirginca Root Tuber and Investigation of Its Activity of Lowering Serum Uric Acid

Abstract
The study explored the effects of different soil,different seasons and different growing periods on the biological activity of Kosteletzkyavirginica.The extract of the root tuber of salinized perennial K.virginica,chosen as the optimized experiment materials,was put into the hyperuricmia mice modeling by intragastric administration.Indicators of the mice,including blood uric acid and blood sugar were tested.The results showed that the serum uric acid and blood sugar of mice modeling have been reduced significantly,especially de-sugaring modeling.The study demonstrated the evident effect of the root power of K.virginica,analogous to allopurinol,on decreasing blood uric acid and blood sugar,providing a new perspective of the development of natural medicine against gout and hyperuricmia.关键词
